Payment Policy

At Meshay Care we want checkout to be easy, safe and flexible.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa and Mastercard
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • [Cash on Delivery (COD): available across Pakistan, confirm]
  • [Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: available on request, confirm]

Currency and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices and promotions can change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Online card and wallet payments

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout. Meshay Care does not see or store your full card number or CVV.

Cash on Delivery

  • Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
  • COD orders are confirmed by a call or WhatsApp message from our team. If we can’t reach you or you decline to confirm, the order may be cancelled.

  • Please check the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying.

Bank transfer / mobile wallet

If you pay by transfer, send us your payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp 03468440477. Your order is dispatched once payment is verified, usually within [1 working day].

Order confirmation and cancellation

  • Prepaid orders are confirmed after successful payment.
  • You can request a cancellation before dispatch by contacting us right away. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or failed verification. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Failed, pending or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order wasn’t confirmed, or you were charged twice, send us your payment proof. Verified cases are refunded within [5–7 working days], depending on your bank.

Discount codes and bundles

  • Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  • Unless stated, codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.
  • Bundle prices apply only to the bundle as listed.
