Our quality commitment

Every Meshay Care product is made in small batches, quality-checked and carefully packed. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

We guarantee your product against:

  • Manufacturing defects: crumbled or cracked bars (beyond normal transit), improper curing, faulty seals or caps
  • Spoilage: products that arrive with an off smell, mould or contamination
  • Leakage or damage in transit
  • Wrong, missing or expired items

Warranty period

Claims must be made within [48 hours of delivery]. Expiry and shelf life are as printed or stated on the product page [confirm shelf life, e.g. cold process soaps 12 months, face oils 6–12 months].

How to claim

  1. Contact us at 03468440477 (WhatsApp) or meshaycare.shop@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos, an unboxing video if available, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Keep the product and packaging until the claim is resolved.
  4. We’ll review within [2 working days] and may ask for more information.

What we’ll do

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, replace the product, refund you, or issue store credit. See our Return & Refund Policy for timelines.

What isn’t covered

  • Normal characteristics of handmade products (slight colour, shape or scent variation; natural oil separation in cold-infused oils; surface “sweating” or soft spots in soap)
  • Soap left sitting in water, or products stored in heat, humidity or direct sunlight
  • Contamination from wet hands or shared use
  • Products used beyond their shelf life
  • Skin reactions, or results that differ from your expectations, as individual skin varies
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Free gifts and samples

Care and storage tips

  • Keep soap on a draining soap dish, and let it dry between uses.
  • Store oils, powders and ubtan in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with lids closed.
  • Use clean, dry hands or a clean spoon for powders.
  • Patch test before first use.
