Welcome to Meshay Care. By visiting meshaycare.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. About us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately. As our products are handmade, small differences in colour, shape, texture, size and scent between batches are natural and not defects. Product images are for illustration.
4. Cosmetic use and results disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic and herbal skincare items, not medicines. Statements about brightening, whitening, anti-aging, pigmentation and similar benefits describe the intended cosmetic effect of the ingredients. Results vary based on skin type, condition, usage and consistency. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified professional before use. Do a patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs.
5. Pricing and availability
- All prices are in PKR.
- We may change prices, products and promotions at any time.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it once payment or COD verification is complete. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect information or repeated refused deliveries.
7. Payment, shipping and returns
These are governed by our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which are part of these Terms.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
9. Reviews and user content
By submitting a review, photo or video, you give Meshay Care a non-exclusive right to display and use it on our site and marketing. Content must be honest and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any content.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including logos, brand name, product names, photos, videos, text and design, belongs to Meshay Care. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, spread malware, scrape data, or submit false information.
12. Third-party links and services
We’re not responsible for third-party websites, couriers or payment providers.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meshay Care isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This doesn’t limit rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover losses caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
15. Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruption, internet outages or government actions.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any dispute amicably.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
